Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and driven Solar Sales Executive to expand our solar energy customer base in Coimbatore. The role involves lead generation, customer meetings, solution pitching, and closing sales for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, online platforms, and networking.
  • Understand customer energy requirements and suggest appropriate solar solutions.
  • Conduct site visits with the technical team to assess installation feasibility.
  • Prepare quotations, ROI analyses, and project proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales with a focus on achieving monthly targets.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for project execution and client updates.
  • Stay informed about government solar policies, subsidies, and net metering processes (TANGEDCO).
  • Maintain updated sales records in CRM and submit regular reports to management.

Required Skills:

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Good understanding of solar energy concepts like rooftop systems, inverters, and net metering.
  • Excellent communication in Tamil and basic English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel within Coimbatore and surrounding areas.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in solar energy sales, electrical product sales, or renewable energy services.
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
