Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Solar Sales Executive to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for renewable energy, strong sales skills, and the ability to generate leads and close deals for solar rooftop systems, both residential and commercial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers for solar power solutions (rooftop, off-grid/on-grid systems)
  • Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments in coordination with technical teams
  • Present and explain solar solutions to customers, including ROI calculations and government incentives
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and quotations
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate referrals
  • Keep updated with solar technology trends, local policies, and incentive schemes
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in B2B/B2C sales (solar or energy sector preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication
  • Ability to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
  • Knowledge of solar energy systems, net metering, and DISCOM processes is a plus
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
