Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Solar Sales Executive to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for renewable energy, strong sales skills, and the ability to generate leads and close deals for solar rooftop systems, both residential and commercial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers for solar power solutions (rooftop, off-grid/on-grid systems)
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments in coordination with technical teams
- Present and explain solar solutions to customers, including ROI calculations and government incentives
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and quotations
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate referrals
- Keep updated with solar technology trends, local policies, and incentive schemes
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in B2B/B2C sales (solar or energy sector preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
- Knowledge of solar energy systems, net metering, and DISCOM processes is a plus
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
