Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Solar Sales Executive to drive sales of solar solutions across Hyderabad. The role focuses on lead generation, client meetings, and closing deals for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.

Key Responsibilities (Short Version):

  • Identify new leads through field visits, referrals, and online platforms.
  • Understand client energy needs and offer customized solar solutions.
  • Prepare and present quotations and project proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet targets.
  • Coordinate with engineering and installation teams for project delivery.

Required Skills:

  • Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of solar energy products and financing options.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and handle objections.
  • Communication skills in Hindi, Telugu, and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in solar product sales or renewable energy sector.
  • Familiarity with Telangana’s solar policies and net metering processes.
  • Own two-wheeler for client meetings and site visits.
