Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Solar Sales Executive to expand our solar energy solutions in Indore. This role involves generating leads, offering customized solar solutions to clients, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales leads through field visits, cold calls, digital platforms, and networking.
- Understand customer energy requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Conduct site visits with technical teams for feasibility assessments.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and ROI analysis to clients.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with project and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay updated with solar industry trends, government policies, and financial incentives in Madhya Pradesh.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.
Required Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Good understanding of solar PV systems, financing options, and ROI models.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English.
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Basic technical knowledge of solar energy products and solutions.
- Ability to work independently and travel within Indore and surrounding areas.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in solar sales, electrical products, or renewable energy services.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
