Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Solar Sales Executive to expand our solar energy business in Nagpur. The role involves generating leads, meeting clients, offering customized solar solutions, and closing sales deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through field visits, cold calls, digital platforms, and networking.
- Understand customer energy needs and recommend suitable solar systems.
- Conduct site visits with the technical team for feasibility assessments.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and ROI analysis to clients.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with project and technical teams for smooth project execution.
- Keep up-to-date with Maharashtra solar policies, government subsidies, and net metering processes (MSEDCL).
- Maintain daily records of sales activities and client communications.
Required Skills:
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of solar PV systems, rooftop solutions, and financing options.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English.
- Self-motivated with the ability to achieve targets independently.
- Willingness to travel within Nagpur and surrounding areas.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in solar sales, electrical products, or renewable energy services.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
