Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Solar Sales Executive to expand our solar energy business in Nagpur. The role involves generating leads, meeting clients, offering customized solar solutions, and closing sales deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads through field visits, cold calls, digital platforms, and networking.
  • Understand customer energy needs and recommend suitable solar systems.
  • Conduct site visits with the technical team for feasibility assessments.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and ROI analysis to clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with project and technical teams for smooth project execution.
  • Keep up-to-date with Maharashtra solar policies, government subsidies, and net metering processes (MSEDCL).
  • Maintain daily records of sales activities and client communications.

Required Skills:

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Good understanding of solar PV systems, rooftop solutions, and financing options.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to achieve targets independently.
  • Willingness to travel within Nagpur and surrounding areas.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in solar sales, electrical products, or renewable energy services.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
