Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Solar Sales Executive to drive sales of solar PV systems in Telangana. The ideal candidate will generate leads, meet prospective clients, and close deals for residential, commercial, and institutional solar projects. This role requires fieldwork, technical awareness, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through field visits, calls, and online channels.
- Conduct site assessments and understand customer energy requirements.
- Explain the benefits of solar energy systems, including savings, financing options, and subsidies.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and ROI calculations tailored to the customer.
- Negotiate terms, handle documentation, and close sales.
- Collaborate with the technical and operations teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain customer relationships and seek referrals for business growth.
- Stay updated on solar policies, product trends, and competitor offerings.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Sc, B.Com, or engineering background preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales; solar or electrical product sales is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of solar PV systems and net metering processes (training can be provided).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Telugu is required; English/Hindi skills are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally across Telangana.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
