Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Solar Sales Executive to promote and sell solar energy solutions to residential, commercial, and institutional clients in Tinsukia and nearby areas. The ideal candidate will have a passion for renewable energy, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers for solar rooftop or ground-mounted systems.
- Conduct site visits and assess the solar feasibility of client premises.
- Present technical and commercial solar proposals to customers.
- Explain the benefits of solar power, including savings, subsidies, and ROI.
- Negotiate pricing, close sales, and coordinate with the installation team post-sale.
- Maintain relationships with clients for future business and referrals.
- Stay updated on solar industry trends, local policies, and government incentives.
- Generate daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM records.
- Attend local marketing events, exhibitions, or awareness campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduate in any discipline (Science, Commerce, or Engineering preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in solar, energy, or B2C/B2B sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the region.
- Basic understanding of solar systems, inverters, and energy savings.
- Proficiency in Assamese, Hindi, and English preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
