Job Summary:
We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Solar Maintenance Helper to assist our technicians and engineers with the day-to-day operations, cleaning, and upkeep of solar power systems in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, willing to travel to project sites, and eager to learn about solar maintenance work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of solar panels on rooftops or ground-mounted systems.
- Support technicians during fault diagnosis and repair activities.
- Carry tools, materials, and equipment to the job site.
- Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment at all times.
- Help monitor performance and check for dirt, shade, or physical damage on panels.
- Report any visible faults or irregularities to the supervisor.
- Keep the site clean and organized after maintenance work.
- Basic knowledge of solar panel systems (training will be provided).
- Physically fit and able to work at heights or on rooftops.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Prior experience in solar or electrical work is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and a good team player.
Education:
- 10th Pass or above (ITI preferred but not required)
