Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Solar Sales Executive to promote and sell solar PV systems across Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, explaining solar energy solutions, and closing sales for residential, commercial, and institutional projects. This is a field-based role that combines sales, technical understanding, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and identify new customers for solar rooftop and ground-mounted systems.
  • Conduct site visits and energy assessments to understand customer requirements.
  • Prepare customized proposals and quotations based on site analysis and customer needs.
  • Explain the financial, environmental, and operational benefits of solar systems, including available subsidies.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms, and close deals in coordination with internal teams.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
  • Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, state solar policies, and competitors’ offerings.
  • Maintain sales records, customer interactions, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in solar, electrical, or energy products.
  • Basic knowledge of solar PV systems and net metering process is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in Telugu and basic English (written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel across Andhra Pradesh for site visits and client meetings.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
