Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Solar Sales Executive to promote and sell solar energy solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers in Raipur and nearby regions. The ideal candidate should have a passion for renewable energy, good knowledge of solar products, and strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
  • Present and explain solar energy systems, benefits, and cost savings to clients.
  • Conduct site surveys (with or without a technical team) and collect basic data for proposals.
  • Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and system layouts with clients.
  • Follow up on leads, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Coordinate with the technical and installation teams for project execution and customer handover.
  • Stay updated on government subsidies, net metering policies, and solar incentives in Chhattisgarh.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (BBA, BSc, or B.E. preferred).
  • 1–4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in solar or electrical industries.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Proficient in using MS Office, CRM tools, and mobile apps.
  • Willingness to travel within Raipur and surrounding areas.

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of solar PV components (panels, inverters, batteries, net metering).
  • Fluency in Hindi and local dialects; basic English is a plus.
  • Valid two-wheeler license and own vehicle (preferred).
