Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Solar Sales Executive to join our growing team in Surat. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, promoting solar energy solutions, and driving sales through direct client interactions and field visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and online channels.
- Meet residential, commercial, and industrial clients to promote solar power solutions.
- Conduct site assessments in coordination with the technical team.
- Present proposals, quotations, and financial benefits to prospective customers.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly sales targets.
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure post-sale support.
- Stay updated on solar product features, industry trends, and government subsidy policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, B.Sc., or relevant field).
- 1–3 years of experience in B2C or B2B sales (preferably in solar or renewable energy).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in field sales and customer presentations.
- Basic knowledge of solar energy systems is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Must own a two-wheeler for field travel.
