Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Solar Sales Executive to join our team in Visakhapatnam. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, presenting solar energy solutions, and closing sales. The role requires local market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for clean energy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers (residential, commercial, or industrial) for solar installations.
- Conduct site visits and evaluate energy needs to propose customized solar solutions.
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, field visits, and local marketing efforts.
- Explain the benefits of solar power systems including financial savings, government subsidies, and environmental impact.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with engineering and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated with local solar policies, incentives, and market trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (engineering or business preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in solar or relevant field sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic technical understanding of solar PV systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be willing to travel within and around Visakhapatnam.
- Proficiency in Telugu and English is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and two-wheeler (preferred).
