We are seeking a skilled Solar Site Engineer to oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar power projects. The candidate will be responsible for site management, ensuring technical compliance, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure project completion within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the installation and commissioning of solar power systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and shading analysis to assess project viability.
Review engineering designs, drawings, and technical specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders for smooth execution of projects.
Monitor project progress, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure quality control at the site.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations during project execution.
Conduct performance testing and validation of installed solar PV systems.
Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, documentation, and project records.
Provide technical support and training to the on-site team and subcontractors.
Assist in post-installation maintenance and troubleshooting of solar systems.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering (or a related field).
Strong knowledge of solar PV technology, inverters, mounting structures, and electrical components.
Proficiency in using AutoCAD, PVsyst, and other solar design software is a plus.
Hands-on experience with installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar power systems.
Familiarity with industry regulations, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and electrical layouts.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and project coordination abilities.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Certifications (if any):
Certification in Solar PV Design/Installation (e.g., NABCEP, NIWE, or equivalent).
Safety and Quality Assurance certifications.
