Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Solar Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar power systems across Pune. This role requires hands-on expertise in solar energy systems, electrical installations, and system maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain solar panels, inverters, and associated electrical components.
- Conduct wiring, connections, and system commissioning as per design specifications.
- Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on solar systems.
- Carry out routine inspections, cleaning, and performance checks on solar systems.
- Use electrical testing instruments to ensure system functionality.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for smooth project execution.
- Ensure safety standards and industry regulations are followed during installations and maintenance.
Required Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical wiring, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in installing and maintaining solar panels, inverters, and other components.
- Proficiency with electrical testing and measurement tools.
- Comfortable working at heights during rooftop installations.
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in solar system installation and maintenance.
- Familiarity with local regulations and net metering processes in Maharashtra.
