Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Solar Technician to handle the installation, servicing, and maintenance of solar PV systems across Telangana. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with solar components such as modules, inverters, and wiring, and will play a critical role in ensuring safe and efficient system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, batteries, and related electrical systems on rooftops or ground-mounted structures.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on solar PV systems.
- Identify faults, troubleshoot issues, and carry out necessary repairs or replacements.
- Conduct system performance tests and ensure proper commissioning of installations.
- Work with engineers to implement designs and layout plans at the site.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper usage of PPE at all times.
- Keep accurate records of work completed, including maintenance logs and service reports.
- Travel to multiple locations within Telangana as per project requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related trade.
- 1–3 years of experience in solar or electrical work (freshers with training will also be considered).
- Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters (string/Central/Micro), batteries (if applicable), and grid connections.
- Basic skills in using electrical tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments.
- Understanding of electrical safety practices.
- Fluency in Telugu preferred; basic English for reporting is a plus.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving license preferred.
